Payment

  • Payment is via Paypal only and in USD. I will send you an invoice once I've accepted the commission.

  • Payment is upfront, once payment is made, it is non refundable unless I am unable to complete the commission.

Process & communication

  • I will send a sketch first for your approval before moving on to finishing the piece.

  • Updates can be provided, just DM me!

  • ETA: Stickers are usually ~3 days/pc, and illustrations ~1 week.

  • I'm happy to make small edits within reason, it is easier to do so at the earlier stages. Large changes may require additional fees / a new commission.

  • The finished commission will be sent to you via the platform we communicated in, or emailed to you.

  • Visual references are recommended if you can provide them. But I can also work off description, there may be extra cost for that depending on how complicated it is.

Legalities

  • I will be able to post the art on social media. (Please let me know beforehand if you would like me to not post it)

  • Putting my work into any AI engine is not allowed.

  • Commissioned art are for personal use only and cannot be used for profit.

  • Selling or exchanging the commission in any form is not allowed. (For example, using the art in any published material in any marketplace, online/physical sales, marketing/any other merchandise.)

  • Commissions are digital only, no physical copy will be given.

  • I may reject a commission for any reason.
